We just spent the weekend with a close friend and he mentioned that he and his wife were going to the wine country ( Napa or Sonoma Valley , CA ). I immediately told him about you and your company. When we were telling him about our wonderful wine tasting tour it brought back some fantastic memories and made us anxious to return. The wine tasting tour you customized for us was absolutely fantastic. Your winery knowledge, experience and professionalism were second to none. This was a very special anniversary we’ll never forget.

What a terrific driver we had last Thursday, October 4, for our wine tour of Napa. Having Steve definitely made our day. He was attentive, courteous, instructive and fun. I can hardly wait to come back and do it again! Thank you for your service and good for you having a guy like Steve on your team!

I was so impressed with the customer service I felt compelled to let you know what a wonderful job Woody did. I have never called or written any company because I was so pleased with their service, but for Woody. I absolutely had to. From the moment he arrived he was nothing but laughs and smiles and he made the experience for all of us, one to never forget. Five out of six of us had been wine tasting on multiple occasions and all agreed that having such a great limo driver made all the difference. We were more impressed with Woody’s service then we were with the wineries and honestly, had just as much fun, if not more, in the limo. Woody arrived a few minutes early, which is always perfect timing, and waited patiently for us. He took all of our coats and bags every time we entered the limo, putting everything fragile somewhere safe and securely. He was absolutely respectful of each of us and all of our belongings, which is hard to find since we are a younger crowd, and can often times not be taken seriously when we go wine tasting. He knew exactly where he was going and what to expect from each winery and was completely intuitive as to where we would enjoy going. Each time we got into the limo, it was freshly cleaned and drinks were freshly chilled. I could never describe how detailed Woody was. It was such a pleasure to have him there with us. By the way, we had a great time and WOODY rocked. He was the best so far! I hope he is there next year, we would live to have him back. I think he may have learned a few things about women… I want to send him a picture he took with all these ladies. I’ll send it tomorrow. (2nd email) I have to say one more thing…we were at the winery where we were having lunch and we looked outside and Woody had set up our whole picnic table…with no direction. I think this is what made us see that he is fabulous. He went into every winery and talked to them and if we needed anything had no hesitation to walk in and ask the places. The picnic set up was very spectacular! Thanks again. We have been using you guys 3 years now and do not intend to stop at this point! You all have been great and reasonable prices. Thank you.

Dynice was incredibly helpful when I first called and was the main reason I chose to go with Limos America*. Our driver, Sally, proved that my decision was a good one. Dear Jim,
I am so sorry this note is so overdue. I wanted to thank you so much for all you did for my sisters this weekend. We had a wonderful time visiting the wineries and dining in Sonoma. The roses and champagne were so thoughtful. Our driver was wonderful. He even got into character and pretended to be “Enrique” for us. We had a great time. Thank you again for your kindness. P.S. We are definitely looking forward to doing this again next June!
