I was so impressed with the customer service I felt compelled to let you know what a wonderful job Woody did. I have never called or written any company because I was so pleased with their service, but for Woody. I absolutely had to. From the moment he arrived he was nothing but laughs and smiles and he made the experience for all of us, one to never forget. Five out of six of us had been wine tasting on multiple occasions and all agreed that having such a great limo driver made all the difference. We were more impressed with Woody’s service then we were with the wineries and honestly, had just as much fun, if not more, in the limo. Woody arrived a few minutes early, which is always perfect timing, and waited patiently for us. He took all of our coats and bags every time we entered the limo, putting everything fragile somewhere safe and securely. He was absolutely respectful of each of us and all of our belongings, which is hard to find since we are a younger crowd, and can often times not be taken seriously when we go wine tasting. He knew exactly where he was going and what to expect from each winery and was completely intuitive as to where we would enjoy going. Each time we got into the limo, it was freshly cleaned and drinks were freshly chilled. I could never describe how detailed Woody was. It was such a pleasure to have him there with us.
